Mantras To Help Kids Win At Life uses short, easy-to-remember phrases to help children learn how to respond positively to or cope with a specific type of situation they may find themselves in. If children use these mantras on a regular basis, this will help them build a better brain equipped with some really useful tools that will help them to have a more positive view of life, and that will help them deal with almost any situation they may encounter.
There are a total of twelve different mantras in this workbook. Each one has been carefully created based on the results of the latest research into human psychology to help children develop a different mental tool to cope with a type of situation that they might otherwise find difficult to deal with. This makes each one very useful on its own, but when they are all brought together, these mantras form a mental tool kit that will help children achieve more of whatever they wish to achieve, cope better with any obstacles they may encounter, and leave them feeling more relaxed and happier than they would be if they didn’t have these tools available to them.
Each mantra is accompanied by advice on when to use it, a child-friendly explanation of how it works, information on how it can be practised along with the opportunity to try it out by drawing a picture of the reader using it, or completing a short conversation the might have based on it. Space is also provided at the end where children can add their own mantras to help them personalise their mental tool kit and adapt it to their own individual needs.
